How to play basic Backgammon Loutraki

This is how a game of Backgammon Loutraki goes. There are two players in each game. Both of them have checkers placed on opposite sides of each other on the game board. The board is divided into six triangular spaces. One of the players has the red checkers and the other has black. The player who begins the game is decided by rolling a dice. Subsequently, there are two die for every roll and turn for both players. Now since there are two die, so each player gets the chance to move two checkers depending upon the roll of each dice. As for example, if you throw a six and a two, then you can move one checker six places and another checker two places. But it is only possible if there is a free spot at the place where you have six placed or else if you have your own checkers there. Another option is that you can also move a single checker by eight places.

In any game of backgammon loutraki, you can also land on your spot occupied by your opponent if there is only one checker in that spot. Then you can remove his or her checker from the game board and it can be replaced back on the board if and only if there is an empty spot on the different side when he throws the dice.
