Winning Online Blackjack Terminology

The first term you need to know is blackjack hand. A player can have more than one blackjack hand where a separate group of cards is played with the objective of making a total close to 21. However, if the player's hand or the dealer's hand goes over 21, it is said to be bust. A push is another term given to a tie, which occurs when both the player and the dealer produce a hand with the same score or both go bust. A player's bet is returned to him when a push occurs. The term hit is used when a player requests another card from the dealer. This is done when a player needs to bring his total closer to 21 for winning online blackjack.
